The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Pierce can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Robert and Rosa Maria Hoerhann
Condolence: Dear Sheila, we are very sorry to hear about the passing of Jim. We so often speak about our funny time we had on QM2 and a year later when we were allowed to stay in your flat. Jims BBQ was a thing to remember and we often tell friends about that occasion.

Rosa Maria and Robert from the other side of the world.

Condolence: Sheila,

I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I certainly recall the days here at Thunder Bay Terminals and his fun-loving and mischievous nature. We last spoke when he was bowing out of CBM and how he was looking forward to his "semi" retirement and taking a fun job at Home Depot...so sorry that his life was cut short.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Condolence: Sheila, you know how deeply we grieve with you. Our many times spent together at dinners, celebrations and theatre performances have been marked by laughter and enduring friendship. Eating crab cakes will always remind us of Jim and his wonderful sense of humour. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. His was a life lived well, but cut off too soon and we'll cherish the memory of entertaining him with our song and dance routine at his birthday celebration. Love always.
