Janet - A Girl Like Saint Therese

Dear Ashleigh - "Please pick for me a rose from the heavenly gardens and send it to me as a message of love." It ever there was a girl like Saint Therese, Janet was the one. Full of life's passion, a heart shining with love for all she met, and in that garden God sow his beautiful child Janet. He took her on a most special journey (I being one along the way, I am most honoured) beacause he wanted her to become His Bride. The journey was full, rich but also very, very painful at times. He never left dear Janet to struggle on her own as he knew she would need friends to help her to carry on when things got tough. I am most grateful to have met her at a time in my life when I too needed a special friend like her. Our joys and sorrows we gladly shared. We grew in God's love together for a time. Then one day he knew it was time to change her path, for his own reason. This we accepted but it was hard. So many memories. It seemed like a lifetime we had shared. It even seemed like we had a bonding of our souls. Ashleigh I know that Janet loved you so much. She was also so Blessed to have you share in her life. Everything happens for a reason I know. I couldn't have borne to have said goodbye to her any other way, and she knew. I can't say goodbye. Once a friend, to me you have never left. She will always be with me. Even closer than ever. The emptiness after your loss will always be there as you loved her so much. Time will ease your pain. Time and her memory deep inside. May God continue to Bless you in the way he knows you need. I pray for your goodness to always shine through. Sincerely - Donna Slivinski
