John "Jack" Craig May 21, 1930 - October 11, 2013 Jack was a loving husband to Elva (nee Bett); father to Glenda Craig, Marie Jacobs (Mike), Alison Craig (Don Howes), Carrie Wilcott (Claude), and Andrew Craig (Tammi Ladret); grand-father to Crystal Craig, Cory and Kyle Craig (mother Jacquelyn Craig), Brent(Amy) and Matt Wilcott (Kyley), Michelle Jacobs, Aiden and Cody Ladret; great-grandfather to Madison, Nixin and Mika Wilcott, and Jack Craig; brother to Sam Craig and James (Bubs) Craig; and Uncle to many nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his mother Jean Craig, his father James Craig, and his brother Dave Logan. John raised his family in Port Coquitlam, BC moving to Maple Ridge following his retirement from the Coquitlam School District. A memorial service will be held on Saturday October 19th, 2013 at 2pm at the Burquitlam Funeral Home located at 625 North Road, Coquitlam, BC. The Officiant is the Reverend Father L. Alwin Hyndman. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to the Royal Columbian Hospital Hemo-Dialysis Unit or the Trans Canada Trail.
