Aunt Margaret
Family gatherings at Nanny's house were always filled with many aunts, uncles and cousins.Some of my fondest memories come from those times. I was a shy little girl who loved connecting with my cousins, listening to stories from aunts and uncles and the comforts of Nanny's home cooking. Aunt Margaret was an Aunt who I enjoyed sitting beside. She was always calm, quiet and always had nice things to say. Over the years we lost touch. Only recently re-connecting with Randy and Leah.My father always taught me, no matter the distance, no matter how far, no matter the lost connection, family will always be family. I am thankful to have had an Aunt as sweet as aunt Margaret. She will always remain in my thoughts. I truly do remember her smile. For that I am thankful. May you rest in peace Aunt Margaret, thank you for the memories you created for me. Lorie Blake (nee Zachariuk)
