The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Robert D'Silva can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

In memory of Robert

Robert was a close friend and a good neighbour to us for many years in Kuwait. We always remember him being there for us, especially in times of emergency.  He took me (Blanche) to the hospital for my 2nd son's delivery and was always there to take me and my son to the hospital for all emergencies, since we were without transportation.  Robert was a good entertainer, cooked delicious food, and was known as the dessert king. We still remember the delicious cakes he made for Tasha's birthdays.  Robert was very jovial and his laughther still echoes in our ears with all his funny jokes. Robert cared a lot for his family, and always provided the best for his wife, Gail, and his two children.  His memory will stay with us forever.  Though Robert was sick and suffered a lot, he never made it affect his love and zest for life.  His positive attitude is a shining example for all of us. Robert will be greatly missed by our family.  May his soul rest in peace.

Jude Blanche and Family.
