RONALD DESMOND ALLY- Sep 17,1941 - April 3, 2014.

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Ron Ally, who after a long battle, finally succumbed to his illness.
Survived by his loving wife Shirley, sons Robin, Shane and David. granddaughter Brittany, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews, cousins and very dear friends. The family would like to thank everyone for the support and care shown to us throughout the years.Special thanks to the nurses and doctors, and to our church family who supported us with their love and prayers throughout Ron's illness.
Ron began his life in Golden Grove, Guyana in South America where he lived for 19 years.
He then moved to England where he trained in several hospitals to work as a RNMS and RPN.
In 1970 the family moved to Canada, settling in BC. and were soon joined there by Ron's mom and stepfather, many brothers and sisters and extended family.
Ron worked at Woodlands School and Riverview Hospital and also graduated from SFU with an Honors Degree in Sociology. Prior to retirement Ron and Shirley managed a Psychiatric Boarding Home in Coquitlam.
He will always be remembered for his jokes and smiles, political views and opinions, his love for animals,especially his beloved pets, Oliver and Hoody.
Ron has touched many people's lives and will be missed by all.

A Celebration of his life will be held at Eagleridge Bible Fellowship - 1160, Lansdowne Drive,Coquitlam at 2pm on Saturday April 26th.2014.
