Fun on the deck

Janine and I, and I'm sure Patti, will never forget the great visit we had to Vancouver when those girls were young.  We spent each evening on your deck under the patio lights sharing stories and laughing our heads off. We talked about that trip many times afterwards with great fondness. The best story of course was the one about how you two met with all it's misunderstandings and mishaps. Thankfully all worked so you could bring into this world your precious children, Mary and Ethan.

Janine also told me how much she enjoyed a second trip she made with her dad and how much fun she had dressing up in a sari with you.  We miss those wonderful times and we will miss you dearly Sonyia.  May God keep your beautiful spirit close to him and be with Dan and the kids as they move ahead to navigate the world without you.
