The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Attilio Girardi can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Dad, Nonno, Til

It has been a year since my father left this earth. Not a day goes by that he isn't spoken about, thought about and missed terribly. Anthony misses his cuddle time with Nonno. When they would play the "peg game" and share oranges together while watching cartoons. He also misses the way Nonno would call him "Anthony Giuseppe" for fun. I'm so happy Anthony will always have his memories of his Nonno. I miss our talks on the phone, the way he'd call to tell me about a TV show he knew I liked, especially The Godfather movie that he and I shared a fondness for. Not a day goes by that I don't think "oh, I'll ask dad" or "my dad would know" then I realize that I can't ask him. My dad was always such a huge part of our lives, now there's an empty space in my heart. We'll miss you forever dad, Nonni. Love you always <3
