Hi Steve and Mrs. Cool,
I am deeply saddened by the passing of Mr. Cool. Mr. Cool was always so loving, accepting, and kind. I will forever be grateful for all the good advice he gave me whenever I asked for some.
Most of all, I will miss his big hugs he always gave me when I was over at your home.
