The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. As I managed the facilities department at Westminster Savings and Neil was with Information Systems our jobs often crossed. Neil was always so helpful and pleasant, and I really enjoyed working with him. After he moved on to Telus we didn't see too much of him, but every so often the blue car would be in the parking lot and I knew Neil would be in the building. He always came to our department to say Hi and to catch up. He was, simply put, one of the nicest people that I have every met and I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. My thoughts are with his family.
