Al, the Builder
Yes, Al was a builder. Three years ago he drove into our farm with his little Boler trailer. He stayed a week and we had a great time. we found it best if we kept him busy and he didn't seem to mind. He helped the guys prepare for the cement pour of our new garage. Then built us some new back steps. And the best part of all, he built me a new clothesline!! That was not all----I wanted to paint some horizontal stripes on one of our bedroom walls. Al offered to measure and draw out the lines. He was very particular and now when I look at those stripes I think happy thoughts of a very talented guy!!
