Firstly, Julie please accept Claire and my sincerest condolences. Apologies we cannot be there to share in the celebration of James life.
After moving to Canada several years ago and finding myself in need of a job to pay the bills, I applied to join ISE "until a proper job came along". Working for James, he gave me a head start passing on some of his extensive knowledge and connections within the industry. James helped me start a second career in a new industry and ignited the passion for new technology and application development that I still have now, some 8 years later.
I was lucky enough to have lunch with him in December, and he was still working hard, and offering advice and insights.
James, you will be missed.
